Initial Concept |
| |
The client will identify the initial concept of a project, either
through conversation, or in writing. It is possible that a concept
will be developed during the course of a discussion between the client
and Scheman Consulting. |
  |
Concept Development |
| |
The concept will then need to be developed further through discussion
with Scheman Consulting, such that the purpose and scope of the project
is clarified, and outcomes and deliverables specified. |
  |
Proposal |
| |
Based on the understanding from the Concept Development stage, Scheman
Consulting will then prepare a proposal outlining the scope, purpose,
methods, duration, communication expectations, due date, deliverables,
and fees for the project. |
  |
Fees |
| |
Fees will be based on time and resources required. Fees are calculated
on a weekly, monthly, or project basis, depending on the duration
and nature of the project. Any travel/travel-related expenses required
by the project itself will be billed to the client at cost. |
  |
Communications |
| |
The method and timing of status reports and client feedback, if
applicable, will be agreed and outlined in the Proposal. |
  |
Project Completion |
| |
If the client accepts the proposal, Scheman Consulting will execute
the work to the agreed deliverables and schedule. |
  |
Confidentiality |
| |
Scheman Consulting will under all circumstances maintain strict
confidentiality regarding any information learned about a client in
the course of doing business with a client. Client confidentiality
is essential to the credibility and integrity of Scheman Consulting,
which will actively avoid circumstances that might put confidentiality
into jeopardy or lead to a conflict of interest. |
  |
Terms and Conditions |
| |
Standard terms and conditions of fair trading will apply and will
be submitted with the proposal. |
