Approach To Project Initiation
Initial Concept
The client will identify the initial concept of a project, either through conversation, or in writing. It is possible that a concept will be developed during the course of a discussion between the client and Scheman Consulting.
Concept Development
The concept will then need to be developed further through discussion with Scheman Consulting, such that the purpose and scope of the project is clarified, and outcomes and deliverables specified.
Proposal
Based on the understanding from the Concept Development stage, Scheman Consulting will then prepare a proposal outlining the scope, purpose, methods, duration, communication expectations, due date, deliverables, and fees for the project.
Fees
Fees will be based on time and resources required. Fees are calculated on a weekly, monthly, or project basis, depending on the duration and nature of the project. Any travel/travel-related expenses required by the project itself will be billed to the client at cost.
Communications
The method and timing of status reports and client feedback, if applicable, will be agreed and outlined in the Proposal.
Project Completion
If the client accepts the proposal, Scheman Consulting will execute the work to the agreed deliverables and schedule.
Confidentiality
Scheman Consulting will under all circumstances maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information learned about a client in the course of doing business with a client. Client confidentiality is essential to the credibility and integrity of Scheman Consulting, which will actively avoid circumstances that might put confidentiality into jeopardy or lead to a conflict of interest.
Terms and Conditions
Standard terms and conditions of fair trading will apply and will be submitted with the proposal.
